Dry Card Yacht Compass – Bradford, London, 19th century

Dry card compass in a brass binnacle with beautiful patin and leather case. With carved rope around the glass. On the rose, north with fleur de lis, east – direction Jerusalem – with simple mark.
Made by one of the brothers Bradford 1795 – 1822, Minories, London.
The inside of the binnacle is painted white with a upright lubber’s pin.
