Early longrange Aldis Lamp with separate filters in storage boxes

Aldis lamp for morse code signals with color and daylight filters in separate box. The set appears to have been little used and is complete with deck connection and spare lamp.
The lamp is operated by two triggers: the first, large, trigger illuminates the lamp; the second, smaller, trigger operates a reflector inside the lamp that raises the light beam. This lamps were pioneered by the British Navy in the late nineteenth century.
